We used FA electric for years routine maintenance on generator. This last time a young inexperienced employee was sent and replaced a battery without telling us. An additional 150$ was added to our bill! If the young man has knocked or asked if we wanted it changed out it might have been different. Supposedly it is a brand new battery and now we have noticed the generator is not running in those days it was scheduled. And the battery green light is down to one quarter of the full green light!?
Guess we will have to call someone else to check again, doesn’t seem like it is a new battery at all?

Used FA Electric a few weeks ago to fix an issue with an electric baseboards in my basement. Appointment scheduling was quick, easy, and they try to accommodate you as much as possible. The service was great, the gentleman who came out was very professional and helpful and showed me why we were having our issue and pricing was also fair and reasonable.
The person even answered some questions on a bigger job I need completed and I will definitely be calling them for future needs

Frank is honest,knows his stuff and runs a well organized business. He installed a generator for me and when it came to my first servicing call, he showed me what to do and lowered the price since I had started some of it myself(could not find the spark plugs). 5 stars rating and highly recomended

I have used FA Electric on several occasions. They have run new wiring in a house and made repairs more than once in another house. Their work is always completed in the shortest time possible and is done to perfection.
