I ordered my groceries online. I do not live in town and sent my husband to go and get it. They canceled the order on me. The manager I talked to said they don’t cancel orders, I know I didn’t cancel it. he said that they had technical difficulties and they can’t do anything about it but offered me a 10 dollar gift card… I didn’t get the gift card which doesn’t cover the cost of gas, and now I have to make a trip in tomorrow or later today again to get my groceries. The manager I talked to said they don’t have any tech or IT guys to fix their problems resulting in one very pissed off customer

Honestly a pretty organized store and I enjoy my visits here, but towards the back smells like sewage most of the time. Specifically from the back washrooms to the dairy area.
One time, the self check out area just smelled like feces.

This walmart actually used to be good until new management took over and drove it into the ground.
It literally smells like sewage. Im sure none of them clean as they are ALWAYS standing around. They have the actual audacity to ask me to review them 5 stars when they had 2 tills open and a huge line and were chatting.
I sadly have to come here but I'm honestly thinking superstore is just easier and better on every level. Greedy store owners. Disgusting management and customer service. Do WAY better!!

Waited 15 minutes for cold food then they took my cold fries back and mixed them in to the fries in the warmer. My wife has cough. . Thats not right the female manager just didnt care .

This wal mart is like all other Walmarts. They have a good selection of many types of products for everyone. The sale items are usually on the end caps and may or may not be the best price around. The produce is usually pretty good. The meat selection can be pricey. Good staff. Would go again.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Walmart, particularly at the Airdrie location. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, and it’s clear that they lack proper training in dealing with customers.

I submitted an online complaint about the behavior of the manager and staff at this store, hoping for a fair resolution. Shockingly, Walmart’s ethics team forwarded my complaint back to the same store manager I had complained about, which completely undermines the process. This shows a lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns.

The employees at this location appear unmotivated, with no enthusiasm or basic product knowledge. Many seem to actively avoid helping customers. Walmart’s claim of putting customers first is nothing more than an empty slogan.

I wish there was an option of giving zero star rating.

I recently had a terrible experience at the Walmart in Airdrie and I feel compelled to share my negative review. The store's automated checkout stations are always open but only about 40% of them are ever in use, which begs the question of why they even bother having so many.

Yesterday evening was especially dreadful. They closed almost all the regular checkout lanes and directed us to the right side of the store, where a massive line had formed for the automated checkout stations. To make matters worse, only 50% of these stations were open, creating a painfully slow and frustrating experience for everyone.

To add insult to injury, I had purchased Jamaican patties that the automated checkout couldn't scan. I asked the assistant stationed nearby for help and she was extremely unpleasant, doing everything in her power to dissuade me from buying the product instead of actually assisting me. Only after I insisted did she begrudgingly call for assistance to find the price of the item.

Overall, it was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and if this is the kind of service Walmart in Airdrie is offering, I'd much rather take my business to Superstore. At least they know how to treat their customers.

Nobody actually works here. If you need access to anything locked you can ask every staff member in the store and none of them are trusted with keys. Where are the key holders? Who knows they don't respond to pages.
Think calling customer service will get someone's attention? Nah, it'll ring for 4 minutes straight and nobody will answer that either.
